Ras Al Khaimah Center for Statistics and Studies signed an MOU with the RAK Police Department in the field of statistical work, training, and survey design and analysis. The MOU calls for establishing working groups as needed to conduct surveys and studies in areas of common interest. The MOU was signed by Major General Ali Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, and Dr. Ibrahim Akoum, Executive Director of RAK CSS in the presence of Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Shayeb Al Naqbi, RAKCSS Chairman. Commander-in-Chief Al Nuaimi asserted that this partnership will prove of noticeable benefit to the commitment to upgrade the skills and statistical capabilities of police staff. On his part, Dr. Akoum hoped this agreement will be a platform of very fruitful partnership between the two institutions.
