RAKCSS Board of Directors held its 5th 2017 Meeting on 13 December 2017 and was attended by Dr. Abdulrahman Al Shayeb Al Naqbi (Chairman), Dr. Mohammed Abdul Latif Khalifa (Deputy Chairman), and members Mr. Mohammed Hasan Al Sabab, Mr. Yasser Abdullah Al Ahmed, Mr. Walid Tabanji, and Executive Director Dr. Ibrahim Akoum. After welcoming the members, the Chairman asked the Executive Director to present the main items on the agenda and issues discussed included the tasks completed since the last Board meeting, including progress in producing the required data time series. A report on RAK trade was presented to the Board, followed by a discussion on the role of RAKCSS in providing data to federal bodies, in addition to evaluation of surveys conducted by RAKCSS for strategic partners.
