Dr. Ibrahim Akoum, Executive Director of Rakcss, delivered a lecture at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) on entrepreneurship and the startups ecosystem in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The presentation was attended by AURAK faculty and students and outlined the regulatory, institutional, and financing aspects of startups in the UAE and the available incubators and accelerator’s programs for aspiring entrepreneurs.
